Bali Je T’aime Coronavirus Covid- 19 policy

In the event, your trip is disrupted by the coronavirus and within 30 days of your arrival date, we kindly ask you to follow these steps so we can protect you financially:

Existing Bookings

  1. If you wish to cancel your booking, we will supply you with the necessary paperwork to file a claim on your travel insurance.
  2. If you are not covered by travel insurance, we will endeavour to convert your booking to a credit note which allows you to rebook the same villa during the same rate period (season) within 12 months of your arrival date.

Book with Confidence Guarantee will apply to all NEW bookings after 5th March 2020

  1. If you wish to cancel your booking, we will supply you with the necessary paperwork to file a claim on your travel insurance.
  2. If you are not covered by travel insurance, we will convert your booking to a credit note which allows you to rebook the same villa during the same rate period (season) within 12 months of your arrival date.
  3. If your country of residence issues a travel warning of “Do not travel” (or equivalent) to the destination booked, your flight is cancelled and alternatives are not available or you will be government-enforced quarantined coming back from one of our destinations we will refund your booking in full.

Notes

Where only some of the party (ie not all) is affected then we will try to accommodate the remainder of the party or will issue a credit note. No refund will be given.

Disruption might be enforced company or country quarantine, concern for young or elderly or infirm within a group, flight cancellations, travel advisories, removal of insurance cover. Proof may be required.

Low season bookings can be moved to shoulder season and any difference topped up. No balance refund will be given.
